
SalsaCaché is dedicated to the promotion of excellence in Afro-Latin music and dance education. Rather than teaching complicated patterns to students who can barely do a “dile que no” aka cross-body lead), our mission is to raise the standards in Salsa education by focusing on rhythm, style, and proper execution. 98% of our students dance on the beat and learn to enjoy dancing Salsa after just 2 classes. Our goal is to make learning Salsa fun, easy, and affordable.
Practice makes perfect. That's why we offer 10 classes at each instructional level. We aim to show that dance is ageless and capable of bringing generations and cultures together.

to do. It’s an excellent workout exercise that combines aerobic and anaerobic
